Port Orford 4th of July Jubilee
The Port Orford 4th of July Jubilee is legendary. This multi-day event during the first week of July is a tradition like no other.  |
On the fourth, a parade winds its way down Highway 101 for an hour, providing beautiful floats and candy for the area children. |

One of the favorite events during the Jubilee is the Dingy Race. Teams of two build a dingy. One-by-one they complete the course by rowing out and around a float twice. Which ever team completes the course first wins! |

And of course...a wonderfully long fireworks show is shot out over the Pacific Ocean at Battle Rock Park.
